HOW TO RESERVE SEATS FOR YOUR FIELD TRIP

1. Before booking space, CONFIRM YOU HAVE BUS OR PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION available.

2. Call 457-RCTC (457-7282) press 4# to request seats for desired date and show time, or make reservations online here. Please leave your work and home phone numbers.

3. The RCTC Field Trip Coordinator will send a post card or email confirmation with date, time, and number of seats requested. Upon receipt, please send Full Payment to: River City Theatre Company, P.O. Box 191263, Sacramento, CA 95819.

4. Payment will confirm your reservation. A receipt will be mailed to you upon receipt of payment.

Payment must be received by March 19, 2010
Non-payment can result in cancellation of reservations.
