Ron Cisneros is the owner and director of the Cisneros Studios of Dance. Ron is well known as a choreographer and director of musical theatre. He is a veteran of Broadway musicals, Hollywood films, Disney productions and Sacramento professional and communicty theatre. Ron is the record-holder for the most production credits (as a choreographer and dancer) in the history of Sacramento Music Circus. He has received nine Elly Awards for Outstanding Choreography, one Elly Award for Direction, and numerous nominations for Outstanding Director, Choreographer and Overall Production for shows that he has directed.

Ron is the Artistic Director for River City Theatre Company, where he received a 2006 Elly Award for Direction for Hello, Dolly! He is also the resident choreographer for Galena Street East and a member of the Dance Department at Natomas Charter School, Performing and Fine Arts Academy (PFAA) and a guest lecturer at the University of California at Davis. Twenty years ago, Ron began the Cisneros Studios of Dance Summer Musical Theatre Workshops for Children and Teens, teaching the dynamics of musical theatre through choreography, vocal instruction, collaboration, rehearsal and performance. This summer will mark the 23rd season of his summer theatre workshop.
